Directions
Apply a small amount of toothpaste and set the brush at an angle of 45 degrees to the surface of the gums, so that half of the bristles were on the gum and the other – on the teeth. In a circular motion, slowly move the toothbrush from the molars to the front teeth and then to the molars on the other side of the arch.

Clean the inside of the lower and upper front teeth by placing the brush vertically, making small, circular motions. Finally, thoroughly clean the upper and lower molars. Hold the toothbrush upright and make small circular motions around the last tooth.
