Great natural supplement

"Me and my wife have a magnesium deficit from a poor life style and have various symptoms (swollen foot, digest issues, muscle twitching, and more) and we started taking this natural supplement after turning our whole life style upside down. After the second day, we already started seeing results. Foot swelling started to decrease. Digestion is increasing, the absorption of other supplements increased and the muscle twitching decreased and is gone by now (in the second week).
