Mamma's remedy

"I was introduced to these miracle tid bits by my Mamma born in Voorburg Holland. Her Mamma was a nurse in the old country, and no doubt these licorice tainted with menthol put all the coughs and sore throats from her household in check. Now down South in the US of A where I live presently, I still order these gems for myself many decades later. They still work, and maybe, just maybe, I'll be introducing my tiny grankids to these tiny morsels in a time of need."
