Kneipp Valerian Nerve Strength 500 mg contains dried valerian root in powdered form.
For Adults: To improve well-being during periods of nervous strain: 1-2 film-coated tablets up to 3 times daily; to support sleep: 1-2 film-coated tablets 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. Maximum 8 film-coated tablets daily. Please refer to the package leaflet!
