Directions
Drink 1 glass/cup of tea 3-4 times daily. Use 1-2 tea bags per glass/cup.
Pour boiling water over the tea bags and let them steep, covered, for about 15 minutes. Remove the tea bags and gently squeeze out the excess water. Drink the freshly brewed tea. The tea can also be prepared by steeping it in cold water for several hours. After removing the tea bags, bring the water to a brief boil.
