"While this product does produce a calming effect for me it helps me relax but it still takes a long time to fall asleep. In my experience, this is better than taking chemically produced sleep aids or drinking Chamoille tea before bedtime. Too many liquids. Give it a try it might be the ticket for you."

Great to get your brain offline!

"I was not able to sleep at a relatives home for 3 nights. She came home from the hospital and then another 2 nights of sleep in 1-3 hour increments. I went to the shop and they recommended this stuff. One dropper took the edge off, 2 droppers and you feel tired, 3 droppers and you are out cold. Thank-you so much! I can now get on with caregiving!"

Amazing!

"I have chronic Lymes Disease and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Unfortunately, my sleep has been severely disrupted as a result of these illnesses and I require prescription sleeping pills just to fall asleep. Over time, they have become less effective and I have been searching for something that will allow me to lower my dose and eventually go off of them altogether. I have taken the Hypnotic Sleep Aid in conjunction with my usual regime of 5htp, melatonin and my sleeping pill yes yes. Check with your doctor before combining herbs with your sleep medication AND finally-several hours of uniterrupted sleep! In two days I have become a giant devotee of this stuff and am going to stockpile it lest Merz should run out. Now if I could just find something to help ease the pain I feel in my joints I might sleep completely through the night medication free!"
