"If you are sensitive to other peoples energy Rock Rose can help you greatly in not be affected by it. Rock Rose is often used for emergency situations but I have learned it is excellent for helping those that are particularly affected by the energy of others. You can still feel the energy but it will have less or no unsettling affect on you. I have used the English Flower Essences both professionally and personally since 1992.
