Key Ingredients:
Lemon Balm: A perennial herbaceous plant in the mint family and native to south-central Europe. The leaves have a mild lemon scent. Used traditionally for relief of mild symptoms of mental stress and to aid sleep, as well as to soothe mild gastrointestinal complaints including bloating and flatulence.
Thyme: A species of flowering plant in the mint family Lamiaceae, native to southern Europe. Has been used since ancient times to achieve healing, help soothe chest congestion, and induce saliva. Used traditionally in extract form for its expectorant properties in cough associated with cold.
Nutmeg: A tree indigenous to India, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. Widespread in Asia and the Carribean. Imported into Europe during the 12th century, by Arab merchants. Known to many folk medicine systems such as Ayurveda, Siddha or Unani, it has been used for multiple beneficial purposes and for its aphrodisiac and antimicrobial properties.
MOUTH SPRAY: apply to mouth cavity by pressing the applicator 1-2 times, repeat 2-3 times daily.
TOPICAL USE: apply to skin by pressing the applicator 2-3 times, rub in until fully absorbed. Repeat if necessary.
